I did change out the windscreen early-on and intend to get an aftermarket seat as the OEM seat sucks! I'm hooked on the Michelin Pilot Road 4 tires as they have acceptable grip and I currently have 8. Buying experience I had an outstanding experience. The only downside is the weight.
It's never a problem on the move but can be a handful at low speed and parking. Cope with that and you have a fantastic ride for long distance touring and fun when you've arrived.
Same with power modes. Dynamic is fierce but fun. Otherwise it simply goes and goes and goes, makes a great sound too.
BMW KGT Motorbike Review by hockey-jerseys.us
Engine 5 out of 5 What can you say about a 6 cylinder masterpiece - it's magnificent. Pulls like a train from rpm and howls with delight all the way to the red line. Equipment 5 out of 5 Full options give you everything a bike could need and some it doesn't. The only must change feature is the sport screen. It's is quite the worst screen ever, replace with the stand screen or an aftermarket option for a comfortable ride.
Buying experience BMW dealers are well drilled in offering superior service - expensive but good. Engine 5 out of 5 loads and loads of grunt even when fully loaded up for touring and plenty fast enough for us. I wouldn't of bought the bike with the standard seat as is to tall for me I now sit in the bike instead of on top Buying experience This is the 3rd BMW I have bought from the same dealer Coppers of Sunderland ,the first two bikes I bought off them I got the deal I wanted no bother but on this bike I had to haggle a bit to get the deal I wanted.
The bike's responsiveness can be adjusted to suit your individual needs as well as for the riding conditions.

The bars are slightly different to those on the standard GT, although you can choose from different sets if you feel the need. As is, they rise up and out of the dashboard perfectly, offering leverage and comfort in equal measure.
If you wanted to… Eyes up and feet forward, this is what bagging is all about. I liked the little bag in the centrally locked panniers with a jack for my iPhone, but nowhere near as much as I liked the quick shifter and the bhp. Much faster than it looks. The reverse gear did, though.2017 BMW K 1600 GT Review Rendered Price Specs Release Date
I tried a couple of parallel parking tricks and got to grips with it straight away. I defy anyone to not want to hear that motor wailing away, smothering Nm of torque across the useable rev range of 0-rev limiter.
Full gas exits from second gear corners seemed to give the traction control a workout, although I think some of this was down to the shaft drive and suspension setup rather than just me being some kind of hero. Rolling through high-speed sweepers was effortless for both rider and for bike.
BMW K Bagger – Review | Superbike Magazine
Well-timed gearshifts and a rolling rather than see saw action on the throttle showed exactly why so many people like wracking up big miles on these things. I knew that I had hours rather than days on the clock though, so instead settled for pointing, squeezing, squirting and smiling. Flat out in an open face helmet. I look forward to coming up with some spurious excuse for needing to ride both of them back to back.
Baggers are weird beasts. Of course it makes complete sense if you have a huge bike in your range to send it to fat camp and shed some weight, but the style adds a completely different attitude to a bike.
